Cause and effect is a form of sentence that can describe a cause and effect relations between an accident or others. So, cause is the cause of something to happen. And effect is the effect of the cause that happen and interrelated between cause and effect. More simply, it's like a domino effect where if the first block falls, next block will fall alternately after previous block falls. Oh, in this sentence at least has 1 cause and 1 effect, and it can be more than 1.
